Rinse the chickpeas in cold water and tip into the food processor. Add the tahini, crushed garlic, salt, lemon juice and seven tablespoons of the reserved liquid from the cans. Turn on the food processor and slowly pour in the oil while it runs.
When the mixture is fully combined and smooth, tip it into a serving dish. Drizzle with some more extra virgin olive oil and decorate with a few whole chickpeas. Sprinkle with paprika and finely chopped coriander or parsley leaves, for colour.

Stir with a large
Mix first 7 ingredients throughly together and pack into a loaf pan.
Next put the strips of bacon on top and bake for an hour at 350F degrees.
While waiting, mix the sauce ingredients together.
After the hour is up, pour and smooth the sauce onto the meatloaf and cook another 15 to 20 minutes. I have sometimes added 1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt instead of the salt to the sauce mixture and that is also delicious!
Cut tofu into 1 inch cubes.

Micro-cook on 100% power (High) for 2 minutes.
Place zucchini, mushrooms and peppers in center.
Cook, covered, on High for 4 to 5 minutes more, or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Carefully drain off liquid.
Drizzle with Garlic Butter.

In a large pot, cook spaghetti. We like to break the spaghetti in half before cooking.
Drain and keep warm.
In the large pot, heat olive oil and butter and cook garlic for 1-2 minutes.
Add back in the spaghetti, garlic powder and chives.
Serve warm and enjoy.
Heat oil in a skillet.
Add the garlic and saute.
Add the shrimp and toss around.
Add the parsley and toss some more.
Add the white wine and mix around.
Add the tomatoes.
Salt to taste.
Keep mixing around till the shrimp turn pink and the sauce reaches a somewhat thick consistency, but don't wait till it is too thick or you won't be able to dip your bread into the sauce and soak it up!
