Cook frozen French Fries according to
For crust, combine fritos, pita and egg.
Spread in casserole dish.
In bowl, combine frozen veggies, milk and nacho cheese.
Pour over crust layer.
In Saute pan, brown beef and steak.
Season meat with french fry seasoning, mexican seasoning, salt and pepper, to taste.
Sprinkle beef mixture on top of casserole layers.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Break american cheese into small pieces and layer on top.
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
Serve with sour cream.
n frozen fries: Combine frozen French fries with a 2 tbsp
MIx together all ingredients. Sprinkle over hot French fries and season.
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.
Sprinkle over pan-fried or deep-fried tator tots, french fries, or hashbrowns.
Note: Makes enough to cover a 2 lb. bag of tator tots or french fries.
Combine Sunbird Seasoning Mix (stir fry seasoning packet) with following 3 ingredients.
Spray pam on a non stick pan, brown beef on all sides, remove and do not cook all the way through. Set aside and keep warm.
Add broccoli, carrot and onion to pan and stir fry veggies til desired crispness. (Cover to quicken the cooking process for about 5 minutes).
Return beef to pan, add seasoning mix. Heat through.
Serve over rice.
Cut chicken into slices (thin strips) or bite size squares. Warm electric skillet or wok, placing 2 tablespoons butter in until it melts.
Place chicken in, turning frequently, until chicken is cooked.
Mix stir-fry seasoning by directions on packet and pour over chicken.
Let simmer.

Combine sugar and water.
Place potatoes in bowl and cover in sugar water mixture.

Microwave mixture on baked potato setting or 7 minutes on high.

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Cut potatoes into French fry matchsticks.
Spray a cookie sheet with Pam.
Combine the egg whites and Cajun seasoning in a bowl.
Add the potatoes and mix to coat. Spread the coated potatoes into a single layer on the cookie sheet.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, until the fries are crispy and golden.
Turn them halfway through the baking so they will be an even brown.
Serve hot with nonfat ketchup.
Place hamburger in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Put onions over hamburger.
Mix soups together and pour over onions.
Place French fries on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
This recipe can be cut in half by using 8 x 8-inch pan and freezing half of the soup mixture.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
