Mix maple syrup, confectioner's sugar, and water in a small microwave safe bowl. Heat for 15 seconds on high. Let sit for a few moments before taking out of the microwave, contents will be hot.

Caution: Fake Blood will stain fabric and some surfaces!
Place the food coloring and the water in a medium bowl and mix well,then slowly add the corn syrup,stirring continually until the mixture becomes thick, but not too solid.
The fake blood can be smeared on any part of your body, but the solution may stain some garments, so wear old clothes.
Blood Orange Sauce: Place all ingredients for the sauce in a medium saucepan and cook until reduced to a sauce consistency.
Strain, and whisk in cold butter.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Lamb Chops: Heat a large grill pan.
Brush lamb chops with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grill on each side for 2 to 3 minutes.
