Fabulous Fake "Tenderloin" - cooking recipe

1 (4 or 5 lb.) chuck bologna (best grade), wrapping peeled off but not the casing
Preparation

Place in baking pan. Put in 250\u00b0 oven for several hours. Should look charred and cracked like a too done hot dog from your char grill. Put on serving platter. Use greens and cherry tomatoes around. Use party rye and mini French bread, several mustards, mayos, horseradish, whipped cream, etc. around fabulous fake. Delish and no one sure what it is, but most think it is beef tender!
