In a medium sauce pan, reduce nectar on high heat to about 1/3 cup.
Turn heat to low and add Tabasco sauce, corn syrup and habanero sauce.
Mix in garlic and cook on low for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
Pour over chicken wings and mix.
Cook for 5 minutes. Add habanero peppers and simmer on low
Put the mango nectar in a large pan and add the amount of habanero sauce you want. mix it up. should be a nice bright orange. put it on medium heat and let it simmer, stir intermittently and reduce to about 1/4 cup volume. Add corn syrup, cayenne sauce and melted butter. Mix.
Cook the chicken however you want.
Toss the wings/chicken in your sauce.
Heat olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat. Season chicken with seasoned salt. Cook chicken in the hot oil until browned on the outside, about 5 minutes per side.
Mix chicken broth, cabbage, onion, carrots, green bell pepper, celery, cilantro, tomato sauce, lime juice, garlic, hot sauce, salt, and black pepper into chicken and simmer, adding water if needed, until stew is thickened, about 2 hours.
Ladle stew into bowls and top each with a piece of chicken.

Saute garlic in coated sauce pan.
Once the garlic starts to give off it's aroma, add the onion, carrots, and water. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer until the carrots are soft.
Remove from heat .
Add habaneros, optional fruits, lime juice and salt to the carrot mixture.
Place in a blender and puree until it reaches a smooth consistency.
Pour into sterilized bottles or jars and seal. Keep refrigerated.
Make sure the red chili peppers are the hot dried type with stems removed. Bring all ingredients, except tomato sauce, to a boil, turn down heat and simmer about ten minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Place in blender and add tomato sauce. Add carrot at this point if using Habanero recipe. Blend until smooth. Add a little more water if to thick.
If you use the Habanero's recipe make sure you include the seeds. If you want to tone it down a little then remove the seeds.
