Season pork roast well with salt and pepper.
Set oven to 350\u00b0F.
In a small bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients; set aside.

Combine flour, salt, sugar, pepper and mustard; rub over roast.
Place the roast on a rack, in a shallow roasting pan.
Bake, uncovered at 350\u00b0F, or until a meat thermometer reads 160\u00b0F.
Brush applesauce mixture (this mixture can be doubled if desired) over the roast during the last half hour of baking.
Remove the roast to serving platter; slice.
Wipe roast clean with damp cloth.

Cut roast in half; brush with browning sauce if desired. Combine the flour, salt and pepper; rub over meat. Place onion in a 3-qt. slow cooker; top with roast.
Drain pineapple, reserving juice; refrigerate the pineapple. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, cornstarch and ginger; slowly whisk in the broth, soy sauce, garlic and reserved pineapple juice until smooth. Pour over meat. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours.
Add pineapple and green pepper. Cook 1 hour longer or until meat and green pepper are tender.
Let the roast sit at room temperature for

Cover & cook on low for 6 - 8 hours depending on your crockpot.
Remove roast and thicken liquid for gravy add additional pepper to taste.

Insert meat thermometer so bulb reaches thickest part, being sure it does not rest in fat or on bone.
Do not add water.
Do not cover.
Roast in a 350\u00b0 oven for 2 1/2 hours.
Mix together sauce ingredients.
Pour over roast.
Continue roasting about 1 hour or until roast thermometer registers 185\u00b0, basting with sauce every 20 minutes.

In a 9 x 13 inch baking dish, place a large piece of foil.
Sprinkle the dry onion soup into the middle of the foil.
Place the roast on top of the soup mix and sprinkle with dried rosemary.
Fold the foil and seal it, making sure to fold the ends.
Bake roast at 300 degrees for 3 1/2 to 4 hours or until done.
