In a 9 inch
Taco Pie Crust.
In a sauce
killet, brown ground beef; drain.
Add taco seasoning mix and tomato
brown ground beef.
Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning mix
Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie pan.
Cook beef and onion until brown; drain.
Stir in taco seasoning and pour into pie pan.
Sprinkle with chiles.
In another bowl, beat with hand mixer the milk, biscuit mix and eggs for 1 minute until smooth. Pour over beef mixture and bake 25 minutes.
Remove and top with diced tomatoes.
Sprinkle with cheese and continue baking for 8 to 10 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes.
Serve with sour cream.
In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion until beef is brown; drain.
Combine beef with taco seasoning mix and spread in a 10-inch pie plate.
Sprinkle with chilies.
Beat milk, baking mix and eggs until smooth, 15 seconds on high in a blender or 1 minute with hand mixer.
Pour milk mixture over beef in pie plate. Bake uncovered in a preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake until golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes.
Top with sour cream, chopped tomatoes and lettuce.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.

Chop lettuce and tomato and place over slices of taco pie.

Prepare beef pot pie and mashed potatoes as directed on packages.
In ovenproof dish layer beef pot pie, then mashed potatoes; top with cheese.
Place in oven or microwave until cheese is melted.
