Taco Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies, drained
    1 c. milk
    1 c. biscuit baking mix
    2 eggs
    1 c. mild grated Cheddar cheese
    tomatoes
    lettuce
    sour cream
Preparation
    In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion until beef is brown; drain.
    Combine beef with taco seasoning mix and spread in a 10-inch pie plate.
    Sprinkle with chilies.
    Beat milk, baking mix and eggs until smooth, 15 seconds on high in a blender or 1 minute with hand mixer.
    Pour milk mixture over beef in pie plate. Bake uncovered in a preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake until golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes.
    Top with sour cream, chopped tomatoes and lettuce.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
