Beef Taco Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. biscuit mix
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 envelope taco seasoning
    2 tomatoes, sliced and diced
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 (4 oz.) can green chile, drained and chopped
    shredded lettuce
    1 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar or Monterey Jack)
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie pan.
    Cook beef and onion until brown; drain.
    Stir in taco seasoning and pour into pie pan.
    Sprinkle with chiles.
    In another bowl, beat with hand mixer the milk, biscuit mix and eggs for 1 minute until smooth. Pour over beef mixture and bake 25 minutes.
    Remove and top with diced tomatoes.
    Sprinkle with cheese and continue baking for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Cool 5 minutes.
    Serve with sour cream.
