Breast Of Chicken Beau Monde

Saute mushrooms in 3 tablespoons of the margarine and remove the mushrooms; set aside.
Add remaining margarine to the skillet and saute the chicken until brown.
Sprinkle with Beau Monde seasoning while browning.
Add green onions, wine, and tarragon.
Simmer over low heat for 30 minutes or until tender.
Remove chicken to a serving platter.
Stir in the sour cream and mushrooms into the sauce in the pan.
Pour over the chicken and serve with rice or noodles.

Beau Monde Dip(For Fresh Vegetables)

Mix together all ingredients.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.

Beau Monde Pate

In medium mixing bowl, blend together cheese, water and Beau monde.
In seperate small bowl, crush herbs together with your hands.
Mix herbs into cheese, making sure mixture is well combined.
Refrigerte overnight.
Serve with wheat crackers or celery.

Blend cheese, water and Beau Monde together.
Add seasonings and parsley; mix well.
Chill.
Serve on crackers, bread or celery.

Chicken With Beau Monde Seasoning

Coat chicken breasts in flour and seasoning.
Brown on both sides lightly in butter in a skillet.
Place browned chicken in a baking dish; add pan drippings and 2 tablespoons water.
Cover each breast with sour cream and sprinkle paprika on top.
Cover baking dish tightly with foil.
Bake at 350 degrees for an hour or until chicken is done.

Stir all
ingredients together until well blended.

Beau Monde™ Dip

In a small mixing bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, onion, Beau Monde (TM) seasoning, dill, and dried parsley. Chill before serving.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together, mayonnaise, sour cream, red wine vinegar, and olive oil; whisk until well incorporated.
Add dill weed, Beau Monde seasoning, green onion, fresh parsley and salt and whisk until well blended.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before using.
Store in refrigerator in a glass container with lid.
NOTE: Beau Monde Seasoning is available at most supermarkets (Spice Islands Brand).

Blend mayonnaise and sour cream or yogurt.
Mix in shredded green onion, parsley, dill weed and Beau Monde seasoning.
Chill for an hour to blend flavors.
Serve with cut up vegetables.

Beer Noodle Vegetable Soup

In a 3-quart saucepan or Dutch oven combine the chicken broth, beer, celery, onion, basil, beau monde seasoning, salt and pepper.
Bring mixture to boiling, reduce heat, simmer, partially covered for 10 minute.
Add brocoli, cauliflower, snap peas and squash. Bring mixture to a boil again. Reduce heat.
Simmer, partially covered about 20 minute or until vegetables are almost tender.
Add the noodles. Bring soup to boiling.
Reduce heat to simmering again. Cook until noodles are tender. Taste for seasoning. Serve.

Delicious Zucchini

Place zucchini slices in a buttered, oblong casserole dish. Place tomatoes, green pepper and onion between zucchini slices. Sprinkle salt, Beau Monde seasoning, pepper, cheese and sugar on top.
Drizzle butter evenly over the top.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Yields 6 servings.

Creamy Potato Salad

Wash and slice the potatoes.
Boil them with their jackets on for about 20 minutes until they are soft.
Rinse them with cold water and set aside.
In a large bowl mix chopped Vidalia onion with mayonnaise, sour cream and cream cheese.
To this add the dill, Beau Monde seasoning and chopped fresh parsley.
Fold all of the ingredients together and add the cooked potatoes.
Chill the salad for at least a few hours before serving.
