Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F. Combine barbecue sauce and seasoning. Set aside.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add ribs. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 20 mins. Remove ribs from liquid and let cool slightly. Once cool, peel membrane from backs of ribs.
Arrange ribs in the bottom of a broiler pan. Rub 1/2 of the sauce over ribs. Pour 1/2 cup water into bottom of pan and cover tightly with foil. Bake for 1 hour 15 mins, or until tender. Serve ribs brushed with remaining sauce.

Boil ribs for about 15 minutes. Place ribs in baking dish and add salt and pepper to taste. Cover with BBQ sauce. Bake on 400 degrees until done.
