Baked Ribs In Hot Chili Sacue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
    1/4 cup ketchup
    2/3 cup hoisin sauce
    1 tbsp hot chili paste
    2 lbs pork ribs, racks halved
    2 None corn cobs, halved
    2 tbsp butter, softened
    None None green salad leaves, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F. Line a large oven dish with baking paper.
    In a large bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, ketchup and chili paste. Reserve approximately 1/2 cup of the mixture, then add ribs to bowl, tossing to coat.
    Arrange ribs in a single layer in the baking dish. Cover with foil. Bake 45 minutes.
    Rub corn with butter and season to taste. Wrap each piece of corn in foil to enclose. Place in an ovenproof dish and bake for last 10 minutes of rib cooking time.
    Remove foil from ribs. Increase oven to 400\u00b0F. Baste ribs with reserved marinade. Bake, uncovered, with corn, 10-15 minutes, until golden and glossy. Accompany with green salad.
