Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Place the chicken breasts in the prepared dish. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Cook in preheated oven until no longer pink, 15 to 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, stir together the mai tai drink, pineapple, and sweet and sour mix in a bowl until evenly blended. Remove chicken from oven, and top with half of the pineapple mixture. Return to oven, and cook chicken until juices run clear, about 15 minutes more. Serve with remaining pineapple mixture.

In a large saucepan, combine the Basic Chicken Stock, bay leaf, peppercorns and the parsley and thyme sprigs and bring to a boil. Add the chicken breasts and simmer until just cooked through, about 20 minutes.

Prepare the potatoes as directed on the package except -- stir in the remaining cheese.
Spread the potatoes on the sides and top of the meat loaf.
Sprinkle with the crumbled bacon and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the potatoes are lightly browned.
Serve hot.

Saute onion, celery and chicken separately in skillet with a small amount of oil.
Place in mixing bowl.
Add 3 to 4 eggs (depending on the amount to be served).
Stir until mixed thoroughly.

Brown lightly on both sides.
To serve, place 2 to 3 patties on plate; cover with cooked rice and Basic Brown Sauce, with soy sauce, if desired.
Combine zahtar with sesame seed and sufficient oil to form a thin paste.

Make patties of basic dough and flatten to form circles with a 7-inch diameter.

Place patties on oiled baking sheet.
