Key West-Style Baked Grouper

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Lightly butter a 9x13-inch glass baking dish and set aside.

Place pan in oven, bake for 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.

Bake for 30 minutes or until fish flakes.
