Grouper In White Wine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. grouper fillet
1/2 c. flour
1 clove garlic, minced
1 to 1 1/2 c. white wine
2 eggs, beaten
Parmesan to taste
Preparation

Marinate grouper in wine for one hour.
Drain and dredge in flour.
Dip into mixture of eggs and Parmesan.
Melt butter in skillet; add garlic.
Saute fillets until done.
Remove fish from skillet and pour wine into skillet.
Heat until wine is warm and mixes well with butter in pan.
Pour over fish and serve.
