Grilled Grouper Or Amberjack - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large fillet grouper or amberjack, cut into 4-inch square pieces
    1/2 c. low calorie Italian salad dressing
    1/2 c. white or blush wine
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. Cavender's Greek seasoning
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    melted butter or margarine
    1 large bunch green onions, chopped
Preparation
    Marinate grouper or amberjack overnight in mixture of all ingredients, except butter and green onions.
    Spray grill with nonstick coating.
    Place grouper or amberjack directly on hot grill.
    Cook for about 8 to 10 minutes on each side.
    Take up on warmed platter; pour melted butter and green onions over top. Serve immediately.
