Season pork chops with pepper, garlic powder and paprika (do not use salt because the chops will get enough salt from the soup).
Brown them in a skillet and when they are almost cooked through, add one can of chicken with stars soup.

Stir in flour; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Gradually stir in chicken broth; bring to a boil; stirring frequently, until thickened and smooth.

Using a small casserole flat dish, layer these ingredients in order of the letters PROMPT.
Grease dish well with butter and begin layer with, potatoes, uncooked rice, chopped onion, raw ground beef, pepper and salt.
Top with tomato sauce.
Bake 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Top with shredded cheese if desired before serving.
