Ground Beef 'N Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. flour (all-purpose)
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (15 oz.) can pizza sauce
10 oz. can corn (frozen or canned)
1 tube refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1 c. (4 oz.) Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation

In skillet, cook beef and onion until tender. Drain. Stir in flour, salt and pepper until blended. Add pizza sauce and corn. Simmer 5 minutes. Transfer to a greased 13 x 9 baking dish. Separate biscuits and arrange over beef mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until biscuits are golden and cheese is melted. Makes 6 servings.
