Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box lemon cake mix
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
1 egg
8 oz cream cheese
3 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
Preparation

Blend cake mix, butter and egg together.
Press into a 9 X 13 greased pan.
Cream together the cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add eggs and mix until smooth.
Pour over crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool completely before cutting.
