Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 sweet potatoes, pared and cut up
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. dark brown sugar
14 large marshmallows
1/2 c. pecan halves
Preparation

Boil sweet potatoes for 30 minutes or until tender.
Mash. Add remaining ingredients, except marshmallows and pecans.
Spoon mixture into greased casserole, cover with marshmallows and sprinkle with pecan halves.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serve immediately.
