Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Idahoan instant potatoes for 12
    1 pt. sour cream
    8 oz. cream cheese
    garlic salt, onion salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Prepare instant potatoes as directed.
    While still warm add sour cream, cream cheese and spices.
    Place in deep casserole (can be covered and frozen at this point.) Sprinkle with parsley, if desired.
    Bake uncovered 45 minutes to 1 hour until top is lightly brown at 325\u00b0.
    May take longer if frozen.
