Pork Shoulder Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

roast (3 to 5 lb.)
Preparation

Sprinkle roast with some tenderizer, salt and pepper.
Spray roaster with some cooking oil and add about 1 cup water.
Place roast in roaster and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 3 hours.
If FROZEN, about 5 hours.
You may have to adjust time depending on your oven.
