Potatoes Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 baking potatoes, baked in oven with skins on
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in chunks
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 onion, chopped
    salt and pepper
    6 strips bacon, chopped and sauteed until half cooked
    1/4 c. pimento-stuffed olives, sliced
Preparation
    Remove skins from cooked potatoes and cut into large dice. Toss with next 4 ingredients.
    Pour into greased casserole and sprinkle with bacon and olives.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
