Corn Light Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising meal
    1/2 c. plain flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. lard
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and pour into a regular size loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let cool before serving.
