Friday Night Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb ground chuck, turkey, pork whatever you wish to make chili with
    2 LARGE onions
    5 cloves garlic
    2 16oz cans of kidney beans
    2 14.5 oz cans of stewed and/or diced tomatoes
    2 cups (tomato) water
    8 oz tomato paste
    1 can rotel
    1/2 tsp red chili flakes
    2 TBS chili powder
    1/4 tsp tobacco
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp oregano
    1.5 tsp ground cumin
    2 tsp garlic salt
    Shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook onion, garlic and ground meat until browned over med/hi heat.
    Drain
    Stir in beans, tomatoes, water, paste and all of the remaining herbs and ingredients
    Bring to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer and let simmer at least an hour.
