Orange Glazed Rosh Hashanah Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut up chicken; grated ginger - 2 tab; 1.5 cups fresh orange juice
    flour to dredge chicken
    2 shallots minced; salt to taste
    1 tsp ground cloves
    cardoman
    allspice or cinnamon (pick 2); 1/3 cup honey
    cut up orange slices or peaches or apricots (optional)
Preparation
    Optional-for an hour, marinate meat in 1 tab ginger/a sprinkle of orange juice. wipe clean, dredge top of chicken pieces with flour or gluten free tapioca flour; saute 5 minutes in a medium hot pan, put pieces in a baking dish. pour off most fat, add shallots and 1 tsp of the ground spices, cook 3-4 minutes and add salt, honey, OJ and reduce to one cup. Pour on top of chicken and toss in fruit (optional). 350 oven, cook 30 covered and 20-30 minutes uncovered. serve with couscous
