Cream Cheese Cut Out Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese
4 sticks unsalted butter (softened)
2 C sugar (granulated)
1 tsp vanilla
2 egg yolks
5 C flour

Preparation

Cream together the cream cheese, butter and sugar.
Add vanilla and egg yolks and mix well on medium speed.
Gradually add flour.
Chill.
Roll out in POWDERED sugar
Bake 10 min at 375
