Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large mushrooms
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 3-oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. chopped ham or cooked bacon
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms, remove stems and finely chop stems.

    In 1 1/2 qt. covered casserole, microwave stems and chopped onion for 4 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes.

    To hot mixture above, add cream cheese, mashing and mixing well. Stir in crumbs and ham or bacon.

    Place mushroom caps on baking sheet and stuff with cream cheese mixture.

    Bake at 350-375 degrees for about 10 minutes until heated through.
