Hearty Harvest Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb hot sausage
    2 medium onions
    30 oz chicken broth
    1 cup white white or red wine
    2 cans (14.5 oz) Hunts diced tomatoes w/ roasted garlic
    2 cans (15 oz) Great northern beans
    1 package washed baby spinach
Preparation
    Cook: sausage and onion over medium heat until thoroughly cooked; drain fat.

    Add: broth, wine, tomatoes and benas and cook for 5 mins or longer

    Stir: in spinach, cover and cook until spinach wilts.
