Blended Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 very large handful spinach
    1 tomato
    1/8 to 1/4 red onion
    1/2 avocado or 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1/4 zucchini or yellow squash
    a few sprigs of cilantro (optional)
    1 Tbsp lemon juice
    water to achieve desired consistency
    pinch of sea salt and pepper
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients until smooth. Use minimal water and olive oil to achieve a consistency for blending. Serve immediately for best results.
