Ingredients

1/2 lb unsalted butter at room temp
1 C light brown sugar
1 C granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon extract
2 xtra large eggs
2 C flour
2/3 C unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp kosher salt
1 lb good white chocolate, chopped or white chocolate chips
1/2 lb cinnamon chips
1 C pecans broken into small pieces
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Preparation

Cream butter and both sugars until light and fluffy; use paddle attachment. Add vanilla and cinnamon extract, then eggs one at a time and mix well. Add the cocoa and mix again. Sift together the flour, baking soda and salt and add to the butter mixture on low speed until just combined. Fold in both chips and pecans. Drop the dough on a baking sheet lined with silpat or parchment paper using a 1 3/4 \" ice cream scoop. Dampen your hands and flatten slightly. Bake for exactly 15 mins. they will seem slightly underdone. Let cool slightly in pan then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
