Crock Pot Roast W/ Veggies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 - 5 lb roast meat
    4 - 6 Red Potatoes
    2- 3 White Potatoes (peeled and quartered)
    2 - 3 cups of baby Carrots
    2 ribs celery (cut into 1 1/2 - 2 inch pieces)
    1 medium / large Onion - (peeled and quartered)
    1/2 package of onion soup mix
    1 - beef bullion cube
    1 - 2 teaspoons black pepper to taste
    1 teaspoon of Rosemarry
Preparation
    1. Take half of the cut / peeled veggies and put in bottom of crockpot
    2. Lay meat on top.
    3. Put rest of veggies around the side
    4. Pour soup mix. and pepper on top.
    5. Cook on low for 8 - 10 hours
