Cranberry And Pecan Friands - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup powdered sugar
    1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    1 1/3 cup toasted pecans, finely chopped
    1 cup dried chopped cranberries
    6 None large egg whites
    3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
    None None powdered sugar, for dusting
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease a 12-cup friand pan.
    Sift powdered sugar and flour together into a large bowl. Mix in pecans and 2/3 cup cranberries. Whisk egg whites until frothy then add to dry ingredients and mix until combined. Mix in melted butter until combined. Distribute between prepared recesses and sprinkle with remaining cranberries. Bake for 15-20 mins, until golden brown. Let cool in pan for 5 mins then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve dusted with powdered sugar.
