Garlic And Chili Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
    1 None red chili pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
    1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1 lb jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
    2 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large skillet on high heat. Saute garlic, chili pepper and thyme for 30 seconds.
    Add shrimp. Saute for 2-3 mins until shrimp turn pink. Add lemon juice and cook for a further 30 seconds. Serve hot with crusty bread.
