Honey Balsamic Garlic Roast Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 lb) pork tenderloins, at room temperature
    2 tbsp honey balsamic dressing
    2 tbsp grainy mustard
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tbsp minced fresh thyme leaves
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0F. Place pork on a baking sheet and season. Combine dressing, mustard, garlic and thyme. Coat pork with 1/2 mixture then roast for 16-18 mins, or until internal temperature is 140\u00b0F. Remove from oven and brush with reserved mixture.
