Chocolate Hazelnut Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
    10 tbsp (1 1/4 sticks) butter, chopped
    4 None eggs, lightly beaten
    3/4 cup packed brown sugar
    1 cup flour, sifted
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1/2 cup hazelnuts, toasted, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease a foil-lined 11 x 7 inch baking pan, with foil extending at long sides for handles.
    Place chocolate and butter in a small saucepan on low heat. Stir until smooth. Transfer to a bowl. Cool for 5 mins.
    Stir sugar and eggs into chocolate mixture. Stir in flour, sour cream and hazelnuts. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
    Bake for 30-35 mins until firm to touch. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into squares.
