Tomato And Pomegranate Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp cumin seeds
    2 None medium tomatoes, finely chopped
    1 None red pepper, finely chopped
    1 None small red onion, finely chopped
    1 None fresh long red chili, finely chopped
    2 tbsp finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
    1 tbsp pomegranate molasses
    2 tbsp olive oil
    None None toasted bread, to serve
Preparation
    In a small frying pan, dry-fry cumin seeds until fragrant. Transfer to a medium bowl and let cool.
    Add remaining ingredients to toasted cumin seeds and season to taste. Toss gently to combine. Serve with toasted bread.
