Radish, Zucchini And Dill Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp red wine vinegar
    2 tsp Dijon mustard
    1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    2 bunch radishes, trimmed, thinly sliced
    1 lb small zucchini, thinly sliced
    2 tbsp fresh chopped dill
    None None crusty bread, to serve (optional)
Preparation
    Combine vinegar and mustard. Whisk in oil in a steady stream. Season to taste.
    Place radishes, zucchini and dill in a serving dish. Drizzle with dressing and toss to coat. Serve with crusty bread, if desired.
