Cherry, Pear And Chocolate Strudels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None pears, peeled, cored, thinly sliced
    1 tbsp brown sugar
    1 pinch ground cinnamon
    8 sheets filo dough
    1/2 lb cherries, pitted
    2 tbsp chocolate-hazelnut spread
    2 tbsp sliced almonds
    None None powdered sugar, to dust
    4 scoops low-fat vanilla ice cream, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Line 2 baking trays with parchment paper. Toss pears with brown sugar and cinnamon.
    For each strudel, place 2 sheets of pastry on a flat surface. Lightly coat with oil. Arrange 1/4 of pear mixture in center of pastry. Top with 1/4 of the cherries and 2 tsp chocolate-hazelnut spread. Roll up to enclose filling and form a parcel. Repeat with remaining pastry and fillings.
    Transfer to prepared trays. Lightly coat with oil. Sprinkle with almonds and bake for 12-15 mins, or until golden brown. Dust with powdered sugar. Serve with ice cream.
