Crab And Green Papaya Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb cooked crab meat, shredded
    1 None medium green papaya, coarsely grated
    2 oz fresh coconut, coarsely grated
    1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, coarsely chopped
    1 None fresh small red Thai chili, finely chopped
    1 tbsp peanut oil
    1 tbsp lime juice
    2 tbsp coconut cream
    2 tsp fish sauce
    18 None large betel leaves
Preparation
    Combine crab, papaya, coconut, mint and chili in a medium bowl.
    Whisk together peanut oil, lime juice, coconut cream and fish sauce. Drizzle over crab salad and toss to combine. Season.
    Divide crab mixture between betel leaves. Serve.
