Apple And Cinnamon Muffins - cooking recipe

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/3 cup dark brown sugar
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
2 None eggs, beaten
1 cup 2% milk
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 None apple, cored, chopped
2/3 cup raisins
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F. Line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners.
Sift together flour and baking powder. Add sugar and cinnamon. Lightly whisk together eggs, milk and butter. Mix into dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in apple and raisins. Distribute between paper liners and bake for 20 mins, until firm to the touch.
Serve warm or cold.
