Green And Yellow Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    13.5 oz green beans, trimmed
    13.5 oz yellow beans, trimmed
    9 oz cherry tomatoes, quartered
    1 None shallot, finely chopped
    1 None lemon, zested
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    2 tbsp baby capers, rinsed, drained
    2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
    Blanch beans in boiling salted water for 4 mins, until just tender. Shock in ice water then drain. Place in a serving dish along with tomatoes and shallot.
    Whisk together lemon zest, lemon juice, capers and olive oil. Season to taste. Drizzle over beans and toss to coat.
