Apricot Lime Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None lime, washed and sliced
    1 lb apricots, pitted, peeled and diced
    1/4 cup apricot liqueur
    1 bottle dry white wine
    2 bottles champagne or sparkling white wine
    None None mint for decoration
Preparation
    Combine the lime slices and apricot pieces in a punch bowl and pour in the liqueur. Allow to stand for 30 minutes before filling with chilled white wine and champagne. Garnish with mint and serve immediately.
