Oysters With Mango And Chili - cooking recipe

12 None oysters on the half shell
1/2 None small, firm mango, finely chopped
1 None fresh small red bird's-eye chili, finely chopped
1 tsp lime juice
Preparation

Remove oysters from shells. Wash and dry shells. Return oysters to shells and arrange on a serving platter.
Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl then distribute over oysters.
