Fruit And Nut Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup whole mixed nuts, roasted
    1/2 cup raisins
    2 cans (14 oz each) sweetened condensed milk
    1 3/4 cups packed brown sugar
    1 cup (2 sticks) butter, chopped
    1/2 cup light corn syrup
    1/4 cup dark corn syrup
    1 tsp rum or vanilla extract
    5 oz semi-sweet chocolate, melted
Preparation
    Lightly grease an 11 x 8 inch baking pan and line with parchment paper. Sprinkle nuts and raisins evenly on bottom of pan.
    Place condensed milk, sugar, butter, syrups and extract in a large heavy-bottom saucepan on low heat. Stir until sugar dissolves. Increase heat to medium and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring constantly, for 12-15 mins, until mixture turns a dark caramel color.
    Pour into pan, smoothing top. Drizzle with chocolate. Refrigerate overnight until firm. Cut into 1-inch squares. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
