Florentines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups corn flakes
    1/2 cup raisins
    3 oz chopped mixed glace cherries
    1/2 cup slivered almonds
    1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
    2 tbsp chopped candied citrus peel
    1 tbsp finely chopped candied ginger
    1/4 tsp ground ginger
    2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
    6 oz dark chocolate, melted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Line 2 baking trays with parchment paper.
    Combine corn flakes, raisins, cherries, almonds, nuts, citrus peel, candied ginger and ground ginger in a large bowl. Add condensed milk and stir to combine. Place slightly rounded tablespoons of mixture on prepared trays, leaving room for spreading. Bake for 10-12 mins, or until golden brown. Let cool on trays.
    Line a large baking tray with parchment paper. Spread melted chocolate over cookies and place, chocolate-side up, on prepared tray. Let chocolate set before serving.
