Egg Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz long grain rice
    2 tbsp sesame oil
    2 None eggs
    None None shredded green onion, to garnish
Preparation
    Cook rice in boiling salted water for 15 mins. Drain. Rinse with boiling water. Set aside.
    Heat oil in a wok. Whisk eggs with 1-2 tbsp water and 1/2 tsp salt. Pour into pan and cook, without stirring, for 1 min. Using a spatula, break up egg gently and cook for a few seconds more. Add rice. Season. Heat for 1 min.
    Garnish with green onion.
