Warm Bananas With Honey And Chocolate Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup cocoa powder
    4 None bananas, halved lengthwise and cut into large chunks
    2 tsp butter
    1/3 cup honey
    1 None lemon, juiced
    1/2 cup whipping cream
Preparation
    Bring 1/2 cup of water to the boil in a saucepan with the sugar and a pinch of salt. Whisk in the cocoa powder, then simmer for 3 mins. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
    Melt the butter in a large non-stick frying pan and cook the bananas, turning once. Add the honey and lemon juice and continue to cook on a low heat for 1-2 mins. Remove from the heat and allow to cool. Next, whisk the cream in a bowl until it is stiff peaks form. To serve, put a few slices of banana in a bowl with the whipped cream and the chocolate sauce drizzled over.
