Tofu And Arugula Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 pkg (12 oz) silken tofu, drained
 
4 oz arugula leaves, coarsely chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
None None Crusty bread, to serve
None None Raw vegetable sticks, to serve
Preparation
- 
                            Place the tofu, arugula, olive oil and lemon juice in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth. Season to taste.
 
Transfer the dip to a serving dish. Serve with bread and vegetable sticks.
