Ground Beef, Cabbage And Potatoes With Hollandaise Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb potatoes, scrubbed and cut into wedges
    2 tbsp olive oil, divided
    2/3 lb ground beef
    1 None cabbage, cored, leaves separated and cut into pieces
    1 cup hollandaise sauce
    2/3 cup chives, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Place the potato wedges on a large baking sheet, drizzle with 1 tbsp oil and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Toss potatoes well to coat and roast for 30 mins, turning occasionally.
    Form the ground beef into bite-sized pieces. Heat the remaining oil in a large, frying pan with a lid. Add the ground beef pieces and cook for 5 mins, turning, until browned all over. Add the cabbage and cook for 3-5 mins. Cover and allow to steam for 1-2 mins.
    Heat the hollandaise in a small saucepan and stir in the chives. Add the potatoes to the meat and cabbage. Drizzle the warm hollandaise over the meat and serve.
